Nothing was ever too much trouble for Gillian, and her kindness, compassion and understanding meant so much to us. During what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time, Gillian and the team gave me complete peace of mind, knowing that my Dad was in the very best hands. He was treated with the utmost respect, dignity and care, and that meant everything to our family. I will always be incredibly grateful to Gillian and the whole team for the care and support they gave to my Dad and to us. They made a very difficult time that little bit easier, and I cannot thank them enough. ❤️
