The Co-operative Funeralcare - Farnborough

As a previous customer I felt I was in good hands to deal with the passing of our beloved Mother. Sadly a complete shambles from start to finish. No support no real help we were left to do all the chasing , during our time of grief. To top it off they double booked so funeral was cancelled, bare in mind people had Hotels and flights booked!! Very stressful and very unprofessional on this occasion I'm sad to say. A local funeral undertaker helped us in the end and basically saved the day. Very unsatisfactory

From start to finish the Samantha and Laura looked after me so well Nothing was too much trouble If I had a panic or a wobble they took control and calmed me down sorting every little detail out They were so sympathetic when I came in regularly to see my husband I knew they were there if I needed them They even saw my Jack off on his last journey with dignity and handed him to very capable and caring team that had travelled from their area to take care Jack They were all organised and caring which made the whole day easier to cope with A huge thank you from all who attended (we think 160 ) all commented on lovely funeral very fitting for Jack

I cannot praise the wonderful team at Farnborough Co-Operative Funeral Care enough. Laura Anderson was the consultant I dealt with following the loss of my dear Mum. Laura was nothing but kind, understanding, sincere, empathetic and exquisitely professional on every interaction I had with her. She made the whole, upsetting process extremely easy for me and I will never be able to thank her enough. I would appreciate it if you could pass on my heartfelt thanks to Laura and indeed Kevin and Sam who were equally a pleasure to deal with. Sincerest thanks once again.

The Care taken by all Staff at the Co-operative Funeralcare - Farnborough both in the office and at Graveside could not have been Better. The Death of my Son was and still is extreemly Difficult and for his sisters Yvette and kelly . Staff there showed upmost care in everything we needed and the funeral itself could not have gone better . the flowers were superb and IAN The Reverand was truly wonderfull . there is no place i can reccomemend other than the Co-operative Funeralcare - Farnborough .

Amazing support! From the moment my sister and I met Penny at the Co-operative Funeral Care - Farnborough branch, we knew we were in good hands. Penny was very calming, reassuring, and sympathetic during this difficult time. She guided us through the entire process, always offering excellent advice. We felt that she went above and beyond with a few thoughtful gestures that we truly appreciated. My father had a wonderful send-off, and we received nothing but positive comments about the service!
