I’d leave 0 stars if I could! Heard from family that they put one of our loved ones ashes into a paper bag! A family member said to them that they expected an urn! So this wasn’t communicated and should have been! Is it not their job to state exactly what they will be receiving! Also heard that the two women who dealt with our family couldn’t of cared a less! I wouldn’t recommend you have your gold fish’s cremation arranged through these let alone a loved one!
