I attended the funeral today of Peter Jarvis - I have been to many funerals in recent years and this one was the most insensitive experience I have ever had. The lady who spoke at the service obviously had no compassion because this was the worst display of incompetence at a funeral - her words felt cold - that is the ones she could actually find - she read a letter out that my son had written to Peter and lost the last page and actually laughed at the fact - probably from nerves as she had already made a sham of talking about Peters life. But that was no excuse - a person in her position and responsibility should have been able to hold it together just as we had to do. Even the music she tried to play for us to remember Peter by was another mess up.Based on this experience I would never ever recommend your funeral service to anyone and I have made it quite clear to my family that if when I die they choose the Co-op to send me on my way I will come back and haunt them !!!!!!
