Great service from start to finish in such a difficult time for me and my family. Charmaine and the team who collected him were amazing and so caring and thoughtful. Mandy at the funeral Home on Humberstone road was just the best nothing was to much trouble. Each time we came down from the first visit of sorting the arrangements to each time we visited my husband she was so caring. Mandy was so thoughtful and listened to my concerns and also my stories about my husband while showing compassion when I was deeply upset. The team is such a credit to the company.

We have always used coop for family funerals. Family member wanted simple cremation no car but charges still higher than other companies who quoted with car. Cooperative was created for the working person to ensure they got a fair price. This is no longer the case. They need to change their name
