Kieran & his team were so professional, but with a big heart.We felt very protected & cared for by them all.From start to end.When you lose someone you just want to be able to give them the best send off you can, Heartfelt made that possible, the florist that was recommended was also amazing, the flowers were so beautiful.The celebrant we had Gary, well what can we say, he was just so great, he made it very personable.Even Dave our driver, he was lovely.I would recommend all of them to everyone

The Heartfelt Funeral Company were so helpful when we called them in the middle of the night about my grandma's death. On that night, they were so reassuring as they took grandma into their care and in the days that followed so compassionate and accommodating as we navigated all the admin around grandma's death and planned her send off.
