I woke up on Friday knowing it would be the saddest day of my life, but as soon as I saw Craig approaching our hotel ahead of the hurst I knew I'd done my brother proud. From our initial conversation Craig was so down to earth and re-assuring, he put me at ease immediately with kindness and humour. He had taken the time to read the notes about my brother's death and understood the shock and tragic loss we were all experiencing. Craig understood the range of emotions Mum would be going through, he took the time to understand our wishes but he also used his experience to provide advice when I was unsure what to do. There were a few issues with timing (not related to Craig and his team), and Craig was able to handle this with professionalism and flexibility; nothing was left undone and everything ran smoothly. Craig and the team are incredibly gifted in what they do - a true calling. They took what I anticipated would be a difficult day and turned it into a day I will treasure forever. Thank you so much for this amazing service.
