As soon as I needed a funeral directors I contacted local firms, Martins was the one that responded positively and gave me the support I needed. Adrian was my contact very helpful and assured me that my requests would be followed. Adrian or a colleague was always available they setup a schedule for me, advised me and guided me on the process I needed to follow. The whole process at this difficult and stressful period went smoothly, Adrian and staff at Martins were always contactable which was very helpful and reassuring. All the family and friends complemented how the process went, staff were very friendly, respectful and supportive. We had a beautifully presented order of service mourners said was the best they had seen. We used the direct cremation for our son highly recommend this service had the hour in the chapel at the funeral home for friends and family to say goodbye. They had a music system we were able to use and a separate room to sit quietly in if needed. The Martins went above and beyond for us. We will be using them again for sure. They made our send off special

Most of my dealings (and those of my family) were with Vicky. However, when dealing with Natalie or Adrian, they were equally helpful and patient. My family also contacted Martins several times, either to arrange a visit to the chapel or with lots of enquiries - and these were all dealt with professionally, efficiently and in a friendly manner. The funeral directors present at the funeral were also very respectful, helpful and friendly.
