— Maurice Frost (about Adrian, Vicky)
"A very sad and difficult time for decisions and good-byes were tenderly and compassionately supported. No corporate nonsense, plain and straight forward, unhurried, wonderful and understanding service, so well given."
— Kim Hill
"The Martins went above and beyond in every way possible. I will never be able to thank you enough. Ian you are a top bloke mate and someone we will never forget!"
— Sh3W0lf (about Ian)
"Following the tragic and untimely death of our son we contracted The Martins to handle the funeral arrangements on our behalf. Although funeral arrangements are their business I cannot recommend The Martins highly enough - they made things that little bit easier for us at such a difficult time."
— Paul Williams (about Vicky, Ian)
"Even when my sister needed some more time to process before entering the chapel - they gave her time and allowed her to regain composure before we carried on. Vicky was patient in explaining everything to me and the family when we needed help understanding what to do next. We really recommend their services and want to thank them for all the hard work they put into making our day a little easier."
— Michael Privett (about Vicky, Natalie, Ian, Graham)

I recently used The Martins to deal with my father’s funeral and they were incredibly professional and supportive. They handled everything as requested and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend to anyone at this difficult time .

Most of my dealings (and those of my family) were with Vicky. However, when dealing with Natalie or Adrian, they were equally helpful and patient. My family also contacted Martins several times, either to arrange a visit to the chapel or with lots of enquiries - and these were all dealt with professionally, efficiently and in a friendly manner. The funeral directors present at the funeral were also very respectful, helpful and friendly.

We contacted, then visited 4 of the funeral directors we liked in Crawley. The Martins are who we chose. At every point of contact, the genuine warmth, compassion and willingness to help, was so reassuring. As a family, we made by far the best choice in choosing The Martins Funeral Directors. A very sad and difficult time for decisions and good-byes were tenderly and compassionately supported. No corporate nonsense, plain and straight forward, unhurried, wonderful and understanding service, so well given. Thank you, so very much.

Following the tragic and untimely death of our son we contracted The Martins to handle the funeral arrangements on our behalf. Everything was handled efficiently and with sensitivity. A special thank you to Vicky who coordinated all the arrangements, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks also to Ian and the team who took care of everything on the day of the funeral. Although funeral arrangements are their business I cannot recommend The Martins highly enough they made things that little bit easier for us at such a difficult time.
