Thomas Bragg and Sons (Shirley) - Excellent Service -Shirley Rooke’s FuneralAt a very difficult time the team at Shirley provided us with excellent, helpful and compassionate support as they guided us through all the arrangements for the funeral. From the two gentlemen who collected Mom on the night of her passing, to Claire who helped us arrange the funeral and Peter who co-ordinated the funeral on the day - all were most professional, caring, and supportive throughout. A special thank you to Rick Carstairs who conducted the funeral service. Rick, so many of our family and friends have commented on what an excellent service you delivered, truly capturing lovely memories and honouring Shirley’s life. A very special funeral that was planned and carried out exactly how we wished.

Everything was excellent and well managed with clear communication. I'd like to highlight the service we had from Kathryn Wagg in Knowle, who was particularly personable, kind and accommodating. She couldn't have done more for us, going above and beyond expectations. Everyone we met from Thomas Bragg & Sons was very pleasant and supportive. The funeral director, pallbearers and drivers on the day were helpful, respectful and beautifully presented.

Claire was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. As we are located 200 miles away from Shirley, it was particularly comforting to know that the funeral arrangements were being taken care of in both a caring and professional manner. Thank you.

Both myself and my Mom cannot thank Claire and the team at Thomas Bragg and Sons enough following the passing of my Dad. Nothing was too much trouble, they made the day a lot less stressful, and they even took the time 2 days after his funeral to call just to check how Mum and I were feeling.
