My father and I were extremely impressed and grateful with the kind, empathetic and supportive approach from Katie. Neither of us had any idea in how to arrange a funeral, Katie guided us through the whole process with kindness and professionalism, she always made time for us and willing to help with any request. Overall we found the whole team involved professional and caring during a difficult time with my Mums passing. Heartfelt thanks to Katie and to all involved.

We were completely lost when we lost our lovely Mom in November. I had used Thomas Bragg previously for my sons funeral many years ago, so decided that we would come back to them. Right from the first contact, when they came to collect my Mom, the staff were amazing, so caring and kind. Dana was our main contact and honestly, we would have been lost without her. She was amazing!!! Such a kind and caring lady and nothing was ever to much trouble for her. I loved that when she spoke about the deceased people in her care that she referred to them as "our loved ones", how lovely is that. We found her to be such a patient and understanding person and she made a very difficult time so much easier for us as a family. The funeral was handled with such care and professionalism and the staff on the day were lovely, again nothing was too much trouble for them and showed us nothing but kindness and caring throughout the day. So thank you to you all xx Love Lynn and Lee and families xxx

My family have used Thomas Bragg in Shirley for years and I had my first personal experience with them in October. From the first call I was at ease, and from the first meeting with Dana, I knew dad would be well looked after. We had lots of requests and were unsure if they could be met, but we needn’t have worried at all as nothing was too much of an ask for Dana and all of the team. Every team member we came into contact with were absolutely lovely, so friendly, compassionate yet very professional and responsive. Claire was our funeral director on the day, and she and her guys were absolute stars and with us every step of the way on what was one of our family’s hardest days. Highly recommend.

We were rather lost when we lost our dear grandmother at home. But we were then referred to Thomas Bragg and Sons, and to be honest they were amazing from the start. Extremely helpful and diligent especially when a lot of emotion was involved. Really helped guide us through what would work best especially given our religious requirements also. We will always be grateful for the kindness all the staff showed. Also a shout out for Katie who put up with our many questions always answered patiently. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!
