We were so grateful to Justina and Kyle for the support, care and compassion they showed to all our family as they helped us to the plan the funeral for our Dad. My Mum felt reassured from initial phone calls and meetings with Justina, and with the kindness, gentle manner and empathy shown to us throughout, Justina really helped to make a difficult time that little bit easier. Justina talked us through the whole process step-by-step and said we could call at any time if we had any questions - and we often did as we navigated all the decisions to be made. We were guided through the options at each stage and both Justina and Kyle were so kind and patient - we never felt as though we were being rushed and everything was managed with incredible thought and sensitivity. It is such a difficult and sad time when a loved one dies, but with Justina's and Kyle's advice and support, we were able to give our Dad the loveliest of send-offs.
