Our family lost our Grandad Richard. From first call to funeral cant thank them enough. Carol took initial call and put your mind at rest. Chris funeral director was very down to earth on funeral arrangement and explained all the option we have to choose from. Funeral we chose, allowed us to use some of it to put towards other things like flowers, catering. Tony his self conducted funeral as our family use his services before. We had plenty time to visit and grandad was looking very peacefully like in sleep. Funeral went smoothly. We forgot to tell that we wanted donation in memory of our grandad Richard. Tony sep in as he had donation box with him in funeral hearse, so it was available at crematorium. Thank you again for small touch like collecting our cards from flowers. Its mean a lot. Thank you all for everything you have done for our family.

Tony personally guided us through everything and did an outstanding job. The funeral went exactly as we wanted including the temple service and the route passing by local shop, just as we had arranged. I want to thank to Tony Clarke Funeral Directors at South Hylton for the care and support they gave me when arranging my husband's funeral. Christine guided me with patience and understanding , explaining everything clearly so I never felt rushed or confused. Carole and Rose was as well so supportive on visits, I was overwhelmed by their support and kindnes for leasing to me . On the day, the service was carried out as with simple tuches like donation tabel presented. What was mention after service by some my friends. I am very grateful for everything they did at such a difficult time.With Love Linda x
