We can’t thank George enough for his kindness and professionalism during my mum’s funeral. His guidance helped ease the burden during such an emotional time, and everything was handled beautifully. He allowed us to visit the chapel of rest numerous times, nothing was too big of an ask. This is an exceptionally caring and sensitive service. Everything regarding the funeral was clearly explained and our whole family felt valued and cared for. From the moment we contacted Allcock's funeral services we felt that we were in good hands. Our funeral director, George Mortimer, visited us at home to outline the whole process. He made it clear that we could contact him at any time regarding anything that we were unsure of. The costs were clearly explained and outlined. He kept us fully informed at all times and was extremely sensitive. We were able to visit a well appointed chapel of rest and though this was a very emotional experience the care shown by the funeral staff helped us to cope with this experience. My wife's ashes were collected and returned to me in a most professional and caring manner. I cannot commend W.N.Allcock's funeral services too highly

I’m so glad we chose Allcocks for my partners funeral george William Mortimer was the perfect choice so understanding and compassionate easy to talk to and made you feel at ease in this heartbreaking time nothing was too much trouble me and my family went five times to the chapel of rest and never felt pressured to leave and could stay as long as we wanted and allowed us to put personal items in the casket he also let me and my family do hand casting which I am truly grateful he is such a lovely man and nothing is too much and the service was exceptional thank you so much for caring for my partner mr Gary roberts this gave us comfort how well he had looked after Gary at this unbearable time we will be truly grateful thank you so much Allcocks for the very personal professional loving touch and they also gave us some cards to remember Gary which they had done and gave to close family also Gary’s favourite colour was red and out of respect for Gary and the family at the service they all wore red ties brilliant service from start to end I can not thank you all enough for a loving compassionate touch
