I cannot express how truly grateful iam .. words can’t describe how Ida helped us so much she’s one of a kind with a heart of gold.. from the very first phone call she set our minds at ease she put everything in her hands and arranged the most beautiful funeral arrangements ever ..we had such a tremendous loss and it’s hit us hard but ida hasn’t gone a day without checking in on us even after our beautiful nans funeral the after care is amazing and it’s something you just wouldn’t expect but she does .. my daughter has complex needs and I was worried about how she would cope but this wasn’t an issue Ida talked her through everything and made her feel a part of the whole funeral process.. once again Ida we can’t thank you enough and we have also gained a life long friend with you .forever grateful . thank you xx

Ida and team looked after us at this time when we really needed it especially when we were confused with the process of arranging a funeral.Ida was very professional considering how many times a day I called her. Having had no previous experience of close family bereavement or funerals Ida was just the person to guide us through the whole process. Ida and her team are absolutely brilliant. Our mothers funeral was completely stress free because of Ida - we as a family didn't have a clue what to do and Idas professionalism flowed from start to finish. She also made my mum look beautiful in the casket and we could not have asked for anything else. Ida is a very special lady - I hope you know this!!Brilliant Team.
