Thank you very much for arranging my father’s funeral. Sarah and her team were superb. Everything was very professional, dignified and respectful. Sarah and her team explained everything to us very clearly and were very caring. On the day of the funeral, we were running late because we wanted to spend more time with our father. Sarah and her team did not hurry us and were very patient. We are extremely grateful for the service that Uden and Sons provided.

I can't thank Udens enough. The team at Orpington were very caring, kind, supportive and empathetic - exactly what you need when preparing for the funeral of a loved one. From my very first phone call to Udens Orpington I knew we would receive a good service. The funeral packages that Udens offer are clear and comprehensive - we only had to arrange the flowers and wake ourselves, everything else was taken care of which is priceless when you are already navigating a difficult time. Their website is exceptionally detailed and everyone on the team that we met was respectful, helpful and kind. I appreciated Sarah's compassion & organisation throughout the entire process, the respect the guys who picked our mum up showed to her and the kindness & clarity that Dean and his team provided on the day of the funeral. W Uden & Sons, provided the funeral services for my late mother under the care of Sarah @ the Orpington branch. The care provided by the entire team was nothing short of exceptional, accommodating cultural traditions and adapting their services to allow us to do what we needed to for the final journey for mum. Alfie the specialist was superb in providing support and assistance when needed with the rituals. The drivers and funeral conductor (Jack Uden) were attentive, empathetic and supportive throughout the day. They provided an expectational service with great attention to detail, and totally respectful of what was needed. I can not recommend W. Uden highly enough, they won't let you down.
