As a family we cannot thank Gareth & Charlie enough for everything they did for us at what was a distressing time due to Alan passing away so suddenly. From the first phone call they assisted us every step of the way, from collecting him from the PRUH to the funeral arrangements & providing an amazing & professional service on the day, I think we did my Dad proud. Our celebrant Jo Bamford offered us help & support in preparing a fitting service for his final journey. To the whole Uden's Team you were amazing & thank you for looking after us all.

What a fantastic service. We used Uden & Sons Family Funeral Directors to arrange our mums funeral after her recent passing. From our initial enquiry with Gareth at the West Wickham office and throughout the funeral nothing was too much for them. Even down to the Uden Conductor and staff wearing brightly coloured ties. Gareth walked us through what they could do at each part and tailored the day to our (and our late mums) wishes. Prior to the funeral we were given the opportunity of visiting mum in their chapel of rest. We elected to have a hearse with 3 limousines which were all matching Bentleys, all immaculate. The day itself went without a hitch with Uden staff taking care of everything.

We cannot thank W.Uden & Sons enough for the care, kindness and professionalism they showed in arranging my mum’s funeral. From start to finish, everything was handled with such dignity and compassion, and they made an incredibly difficult time feel supported and personal. The day itself was truly special and a beautiful tribute to my mum. What made it even more meaningful was the personal connection we share — my mum used to cut Andrew Uden’s hair — and you could genuinely feel the care and respect that came from that history. Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail was handled perfectly. We are so grateful for the way they honoured my mum and helped create a day we will always remember. Thank you for everything.
