Emma and the team were exceptional, very thoughtful, considerate and good communication during a very distressing time for the family. One suggestion I would make for the service to consider as a matter of courtesy, is that the musical/video tribute, which is included in the package for presentation during the day of the funeral service, should not come with an additional £20 charge to get the video download link for a keep sake. Funeral already costs a lot without chasing for this.

If I could give one star than I would. I don’t recommend ANYONE USE this funeral home. My experience has been absolutely disgraceful. Even when I call them, the woman on the phone has an awful attitude and I don’t wish for anyone to be treated like I was in the future by everyone there
