Far from impressed on first visit. No compassion, no introductions, just seemed to be in a hurry to get through the business as quickly as possible. Little help in answering our questions when actually we found most of the answers on their website afterwards! Decided to go elsewhere where they were very courteous, caring and helpful.

Lisa & Sarah were marvellous. The cup of tea they offered was needed when arranging something we were not expecting to do, nor had any idea what Dad wanted. Everything went smoothly and the Landrover they arranged to carry Dad in was brilliant. Thank you all.

Obviously at a terrible time it is vitally important that things are handled properly with care, dignity, respect and compassion. From the moment I entered the premises in Hythe I was treated extremely well. All was clear and straightforward, by this I mean costs as well as arrangements. My wishes were totally followed. Arrangements were quickly put in place, ready for me to confirm. Responses to emails were prompt. The funeral was conducted perfectly. Last minute changes by my sons were accommodated. This is a massively important service to the community and has to be done correctly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
