Thank you Giles, David and Naomi, the passing of a loved one is such a painful experience. You all showed compassion, empathy and warmth to our family. You truly went above and beyond, everything we wished for you made it happen. You cared for our beloved mother as if she was part of your family and made us feel at ease knowing she was in your care. I am so greatful to you all, and you have made this experience less scary and bearable through pure humanity. Thank you!
