I can't thank everyone at Austins. From the moment I called, needing my Mum collecting (after not knowing what the next steps were). Caroline & the team were incredible..we chose Austins as thats who we used for my Grandad. Once again they excelled themselves from the attention to detail for us as a family & for Mum. They went above and beyond to provide us with the most amazing experience at such an awful time. Thankyou so much and I would reccomend you to anyone!

Austins have been amazing from the moment I rang them about my mums passing all the way through to mums funeral. They made a very tough time for me a lot more bearable and helped with every detail of mums funeral. I want to say a special thank you to Gary and Kurt for being outstanding, kind and caring not just on the day of mums funeral but for the care we have received throughout. Also a special thank you to Amanda who was just brilliant at helping us choose what was right for mum. Austins no words could describe how thankful myself and my family are for the outstanding care you give. We couldn't have got through this tough time without you!

The service provided by Austin's throughout my mum's funeral was exemplary. They guided us through the required steps involved, and produced a lovely 'Order of Service' pamphlet which included some of her photos. The Chauffer bearers and team were so friendly, helpful and professional, we just couldn't have asked for anything more. I also have to mention the beautiful jaguar hearse and limousine cars that drove us to the crematorium and then wake. Thank you to the whole team at Austin's for helping us give our Mum the best send off possible xxx
