I want to say that this company is fantastic. Every member of staff, are caring, full of compassion, and kind. Last year we lost Steve. It was hard but they were so supportive, especially Bobbie. They helped his partner Gina, and their boys, and step daughters, with organising the perfect send off. They were professional, polite and so empathetic to their needs. This year, Gina passed away, after a short battle with cancer. And when we rang to say we needed their services again, they immediately knew who we were. They were shocked to hear about Gina. And, again, Bobbie was there to support us all through it. This time though, our little boy was toddling, and decided to destroy their room, by going head first through their table! But they laughed it off, and Bobbie was the most gracious person in the room. Repeatedly saying it was fine. And the young man who had the utmost patience, in taking Gina's fingerprints for us, to remember her. He was so respectful. Couldnt have had a better team to support is through not one, but two extremely difficult periods in our lives. So thank you to the entire team. They were all fantastic.

Ballard and Shorthall Crawley recently took care of my mother’s funeral, Maureen Assanah. They had also looked after Dad in 2013. They are a brilliant team, and supported us every step of the way with kindness, respect, and support. They looked after my parents with compassion and shared every step of the process which was such a relief when grieving. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept in contact throughout the entire process, even following up after the funeral . We never felt like a number but were held with genuine care by every team member we interacted with. On the day of the funeral everyone was so kind, the pallbearers, driver and Paul the Funeral Director were phenomenal. Thank you to the whole team for the brilliant job you do in making such difficult circumstances just that little bit easier.
