Dianne is very professional and also kind and caring. When dad passed away she made everything easier for us as a family. She was always on the end of the phone if we needed her. Nothing was too much trouble. I took mum to see dad at the chapel of rest and the setting was so beautiful and peaceful. Dad had a direct cremation so Dianne took a short video of dad arriving at Macclesfield crem it was all done professionally, with dignity and with kindness.
