DO NOT USE I don't usually leave reviews but I have to in this circumstance. If I could give 0 stars I would.. They will try and rip you off when you are grieving.. If you want something other then one of their plans then they WILL try and rip you off.. Although a difficult time when you lose a loved one. Please, please, shop around these people will rip you off... I got the same service from a different funeral director for a third of the price they quoted. They are no longer a family run business they are part of a larger group... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID x

I can't praise this firm enough. We lost my dad Dennis Ivory, two weeks ago today. Excellent service from them, especially Jamie, who went above and beyond for my mum, sisters, brother and myself at a very difficult time. Thank you!
