"From the moment we stepped through the door at CO-OP Whitegate Drive to the moment we collected my mother's ashes, everything was perfect. Everything was done at ease and our pace and the day of the funeral was done with such professionalism."

— Rebecca Hurley

"I would love to thank everyone from here for all your care and compassion - Steve, Joanne, Wendy and Liam - for all your loving care and the respect for my father in law. We can't thank you enough from myself and my family."

— colette rogan (about Steve, Joanne, Wendy, Liam)

"Our Dad passed just over a month ago. I can't thank the Co op enough for everything they did. Tom in particular was amazing. He was caring, sensitive to our wants and always there at the other end of the phone from start to finish. Thank you all for what you did for our Dad and us."

— Hayley Michelle (about Tom)

"from first meeting Karen at the door to picking my partners ashes up from the they provided a true 5 star experience. As my partner was ex military they pretty much provided what equated to a military funeral with a Union Jack on the coffin and standard bearers at the crematorium, it was a £70 donation for them and I was only expecting one to be there not four. They were very considerate when it came to his presentation for viewing as his body was deteriorating as expected by asking if I wanted his hands hidden. Sharon even helped an elderly Aunt get into the car and with the seatbelt."

— David Bardsley (about Karen, Joanne, Sharon)
