The passing of our ‘dearly beloved Dad & Grandad’ sudden passing too , I wasn’t ready for dealing with this and I was very anxious , upset and worried. The moment I met Kyle (who took great care and consideration ) I felt at ease and I felt I could speak my heart and he honoured what we wanted . Not only honoured he listened and helped with suggestions and he was absolutely a god send for me at this time . He actually had similar hobbies of my dads and that made me connect with him . I felt no barriers and I knew that the service and my ‘Dad’ being looked after was in great care . Kyle showed mostly respect, empathy , consideration and an utmost respect for the role he takes on . Kyle is an absolute credit to Holliwells and my family have always used Holliwells (grandparents) and always spoke highly of their service . After the sudden death of my Mum at the end of November I called Hollowells. From the first point of contact my brother and I received expert guidance through the whole process. Our funeral director Kyle helped us through every step of the way with kindness and empathy. When faced with choices that you never think you will have to make we were supported with the utmost respect and attention to detail. Mums funeral was perfect-this seems a strange word to use but it was. Many people commented on how respectful the proceedings were. Everything was explained clearly at all times, timings were adhered to and I cannot thank Kyle and Hollowells enough for your kindness at such a difficult time.
