Thank you D. Hollowell & Sons, they helped me through the process of my mother's cremation. They are kind, caring, patient and very informative, I would definitely recommend them at this difficult time

The passing of our ‘dearly beloved Dad & Grandad’ sudden passing too , I wasn’t ready for dealing with this and I was very anxious , upset and worried. The moment I met Kyle (who took great care and consideration ) I felt at ease and I felt I could speak my heart and he honoured what we wanted . Not only honoured he listened and helped with suggestions and he was absolutely a god send for me at this time . He actually had similar hobbies of my dads and that made me connect with him . I felt no barriers and I knew that the service and my ‘Dad’ being looked after was in great care . Kyle showed mostly respect, empathy , consideration and an utmost respect for the role he takes on . Kyle is an absolute credit to Holliwells and my family have always used Holliwells (grandparents) and always spoke highly of their service . Hollowells provided the exact service you would hope to get when your world is turned upside down by the death of a family member. From the moment we contacted them they were responsive, kind, professional and efficient. Andrew Beare was our funeral director and he was superb throughout the process. If you are concerned about arranging a funeral, leave it to these guys.

Rachel helped our family say goodbye to my wife yesterday. Professional, understanding, sympathetic and helpful, she has guided us carefully and patiently from start to finish. After the sudden death of my Mum at the end of November I called Hollowells. From the first point of contact my brother and I received expert guidance through the whole process. Our funeral director Kyle helped us through every step of the way with kindness and empathy. When faced with choices that you never think you will have to make we were supported with the utmost respect and attention to detail. Mums funeral was perfect-this seems a strange word to use but it was. Many people commented on how respectful the proceedings were.
