Rik has the perfect combination of compassion and a great sense of humour. During our first meeting to arrange our mother's funeral, he lifted myself and my brother Bruce out of an extremely dark place. We left with a sense of relief, knowing all the arangements were in very safe, capable hands. The day of the Funeral went without any problems, timed to perfection and with complete respect. I’d like to thank Rik for his expert help with my mothers funeral,nothing was to much trouble and made light of a sad time. The day went perfectly and thanks to Rik and Kathryn we gave my mum a beautiful send off.Also the beautiful coffin spray of flowers Rik wife done were so,so lovely,never seen such a beautiful arrangement.
