The minute I spoke to Graham on the phone i knew i had made the right decision to use Holmes and family funeral services . Graham supported me with organising my husband's funeral (Robert BUSBY 22nd of may 2020) with compassion sincerity in a professional respectful manner. Oliver on the day of my husband's funeral treated me with the same compassion sincerity and respectful manner. Oliver took great care to make sure that things ran smoothly whilst ensuring my needs were met too. These are hard times due to the pandemic for a lot of people in my situation I was so grateful for the support of these two gentlemen gave me in my time of need and knowing my husband would be treated with dignity and in safe hands the minute he was collect from the hospital until the day he was cremated. Which was a great comfort to me.Your sincerelyMrs Elaine BUSBY
