The office was so professional from the moment I had to first call them. Having never done this before and in such a sad time for us all they guided us through the whole process. Dignity and care at each moment. We fully trusted Chris and his team. The respect they gave my father was so appreciated. Chris ensured every detail was thought of. My Dad would have been proud. We cannot thank Chris enough for his professionalism and care.

We as a the Family of the late Ann Mason, just want to say such a big thank you to you Cheryl, and the whole of Lord -Brown & Harty, although thank you doesnt seem enough. I know some would say its your job, but it is so evident that to you all, it is much much more than that. The last honour and care you can give to someone who has passed has always been so close to my heart. Your really are the Platinum standard of care and we are so grateful. The proffesionalism, care, compassion, empathy, understanding, help and frienship shown to us as a Family and our late Mum, & Nana was outstanding, down to even the smallest details. Mums Funeral was everything Mum wanted and more. I loved that we drove along the coast a time where I could reflect & catch my breath. Imaging that Mum was enjoying the views she loved so much and the wide open Sea, a beautiful last journey for a Lady just as beautiful. You ensured the process of arranging Mums aftercare and Funeral was so smooth and took a weight of our shoulders at this heartbreaking time. Thank you so very much⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sadly our Mum passed away on the 24th September. What was a very difficult time, was made so much easier thanks to the help, professionalism and empathy from Lord-Brown and Harty funeral directors. Professional, compassionate and excellent in everything they do, these are the people you want guiding you through the process after a loved one passes. Chris Lord-Brown was nothing short of brilliant, and helped me to prepare the fabulous, thoughtful send-off my mum deserved. He talked us through everything really clearly and made tough decisions much easier. Cheryl did a wonderful job too, restoring my mum to her glamorous self for our final goodbye. I cannot thank the team enough.

We lost Nan/Mam a few weeks ago 😢 We looked no further than choosing Lord-Brown and Harty to look after Nan, the reason being, sadly I lost my baby twins in 2022 🥹 Chris took good care of them before making sure they had a little service an brought them back to me 👼🤍 Chris looked after Nan with so much care and professionalism, we knew she was in good hands. Whilst making sure us as a family we're OK and kept in constant contact with us. Nothing was too much trouble. Chris really did go above and beyond to ensure Nan had the best service ⭐️ Nothing was missed. We're still in contact as we are arranging for Nan's ashes burial service to take place 💔 Thanks again Chris. You're amazing. Very highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
