Miles and Daughters Funeral Directors

After the tragic loss of our Grandaughter Sarah,Andrew and the team at Wokingham were amazing. Every step of what was the hardest time of our lives Sarah supported us. Every request my daughter made for her baby girl was carried out with such care and professionalism. Our little girls funeral was beautiful thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

It’s a mixed bag review. The staff on the day were fantastic. But and it’s a big BUT ... there was a lack of attention to detail that means I would not use them again or recommend them. The list of small things is to long to post but it culminated in the plaque they provided to go on my Dads urn for the interment having the wrong date of birth on it, can you imagine how upsetting that was. They produced another one but what were we suppose to do dig up the urn and replace it. My real gripe is that they never even picked up the phone to say sorry.

I am so glad we used Miles & Daughters. They made a very difficult time straightforward and simple. A special thanks to their team who we met at the hospice where our dad had spent his last days - they couldn't have been more sensitive and caring. And thanks to Sally at the Crowthorne office for her kind words and guidance. And thanks to Celebrant Steve who helped us plan and deliver a humanist service that dad would have been very proud of. I couldn't recommend Miles & Daughters more highly.
