Having used this firm for my father's funeral in 2021, I had no hesitation in returning there again when my mother passed away a couple of months ago. The staff combine efficiency with warmth and understanding, so I felt I was in very good hands throughout the whole process. As I do not live locally, I appreciated the fact that all arrangements could be carried out on line, though my husband and I also felt welcome when I did go into the office to sort out photos etc. On the day of the funeral itself I found it very comforting to have someone from the firm on hand. As it happened there were no hitches, but I was reassured by his friendly presence and support.

Debbie talked us through what we needed to do clearly, and compassionately, taking time to help us make the decisions required to have the best possible send off for our Mum. The arrangement was done quickly and efficiently and was quite frankly perfect. Barry (funeral director) was great calling us the day before to run through what would happen on the day so there were no surprises. The day ran smoothly thanks to the whole team. It honestly felt like they were looking after one of their own family members, such was the care and attention we received from start to finish. I will definitely be recommending to others as they made a difficult time a lot easier to get through. Thank you.
