We used the direct cremation service here and were very happy with the service. Paul kept in touch throughout and was very kind and caring. It was made clear that we could change our minds at any time about the option we'd picked, but there was no pressure. This was a very sad time for our fa.ily but the service here helped us to manage.

Absolutely excellent service from Paul and his colleagues. Very efficient, considerate, and knowledgeable. From coming to pick up my husband and us picking his ashes up, everything was smoothly arranged. Highly recommended.

At such a heartbreaking time ,losing our father . Paul and secure Haven were absolutely a huge amount of support . Nothing was too much trouble , everything was done with the upmost care and support and perfection. They really ensure your loved one is taken care of with the highest respect. They take time to comfort you , support you and guide you with all the difficult decisions you have to make. Paul's recommendation of a wonderful celebrant, Wanda, was spot on. Wanda is an amazing ,kind and thoughtful woman . Whose professional standard is amazing. I cannot thank Paul and the Secure Haven team enough. We were struggling to lay mum to rest before Christmas and Paul went above and beyond to ensure our wishes were met and enabled us to lay mum to rest, in the coffin that we wanted (pink sparkly) before Christmas. Paul really is so kind, considerate, thoughtful and real life angel, I hope not to be in contact too soon but as and when I need an undertaker, it would be Paul and the Secure Haven team that I would go to first. They are a smaller funeral director but you do get the personal service, which in times of death and grief, that is exactly what you want/need. On the day of the funeral, Paul and the Team went over the mark with ensuring the day went as smoothly as possible, they were super respectful of all family members and again, ensured all of our wishes were met. Thank you again Paul, your service and kindness made the entire process much easier and I am forever grateful for that.
