Emma was extremely professional without being too officious. She was caring, compassionate and, at times, funny which was just what we needed. She covered all aspects of the process and answered all our questions even the weird ones! My family and I are so grateful to Emma and her team for making this very difficult time more bearable. Steven Mears Beckenham were absolutely brilliant when my dad passed away in September last year. It was such a difficult time and extra stressful due to his passing away suddenly whilst on holiday abroad with my mum. During the two months between his passing and the funeral Katie our funeral arranger was brilliant, very helpful, organised and sympathetic. I couldn't recommend her enough.

I went into the funeral directors to get some information about grave markers today.A very professional young lady called Katie ?? provided lots of information about the various ones and provided brochures with full details.I was very impressed by her knowledge and l would defenitely recommend them for people seeking a funeral director.Please thank the young lady for me again.
