"Debbie was fantastic and made the loss of mom very calming. On the day itself everyone involved were fantastic. Total respect to you all."
— ANDY SILLITOE (about Debbie)
"We were helped and guided which gave us the strength to be able to make the decisions we had to make. From the very first phone call, everything was dealt with the utmost respect and compassion. We were told every step of the way what was happening and when."
— Sandra Grayson
"Angela was sensitive, empathic and highly professional. She managed to secure the services of Joan, a celebrant, who was amazing. She delivered a beautiful service, personal and touching. I was truly astounded at the respect and compassion extended to us."
— T Riley (about Angela)
"They helped make the saddest day of my life so far, so much easier on us all as a family. I can honestly say, hand on heart, they did an outstanding job. They were so respectful, helpful and nothing was a chore with them."
— Vicky Fox (about Liza)
"Very professional but also very personal too, almost as if she knew mum and was taking care of the arrangements for a friend. I've never had to organise anything like this before but they guided me through all the way and organised everything just as my mum would have wanted."
— Karen Caddick (about Sophie)
"When Chris said 'We'll do you and your auntie proud!' these were not empty words. He refused thanks saying 'Thank you for trusting us to take care of your auntie's funeral.' At such a difficult time, it was such a relief that Chris led us through every stage. We were never hurried, were given constant reassurance."

What a truly professional and respectful service we received. From Bobby who arranged what we wanted for mom's funeral , to Angie who carried out the service beautifully to Nicki the funeral director who was so amazing, we couldn't have asked for more. Such a smooth process. Thank you all. Pat Jennings family

My mom had a policy with the co op. It's the first time I've dealt with them. I can honestly say, hand on heart, they did an outstanding job. From the organisation of the funeral to the day of. They were so respectful, helpful and nothing was a chore with them. They helped make the saddest day of my life so far, so much easier on us all as a family. Can't thank Liza and Lisa enough. You ladies do a magnificent job and thankyou from me and my whole family. Vicky xx

When my mum passed away I contacted the Co-op in Stirchley as she had a prepaid funeral plan with them. Sophie was appointed to look after us, and she was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She made sure that all our requests were taken care of, and everything was looked after perfectly - very professional but also very personal too, almost as if she knew mum and was taking care of the arrangements for a friend. On the day Simon took care of us and again very professional and respectful - but also like he was taking care of a friend at the same time. I cannot recommend the team at Stirchley enough - I’ve never had to organise anything like this before but they guided me through all the way and organised everything just as my mum would have wanted.
