Initially we had very good liaison with Holly taking care of our loved one. During the process we decided on a direct cremation, we were made aware that we would be told in advance when preparations would be completed. Despite this we received no information or communication until after the process had been completed. This caused sudden shock and disappointment for all of our grieving relatives. Although we had made a compliant and informed Holly who was devastated, the complaint has not been dealt with and have received no further responses or apologies. Going forward, we hope they take this opportunity to address this feedback to ensure this doesn’t happen to other grieving families who trust this service to care for their loved ones…from start to finish.
