Id absolutly give these zero stars! We arranged my fathers funeral here tanya was awful her attitude, she even made crude jokes about my dad being a good boy and she patted his head! Adding insult to injury we then got a call from the bearer ( he was fantaStic) saying he would meet us at the cemertry even though it was arranged dad would be driven on our street for the last time. After me going to speak with tanya she called me a liar! Dispite the fact her paperwork would reiterate what I was saying. Stay clear you dont need this crap when you’re dealing with a loss! This took place in 2023.

Would not recommend. Slow in responding to questions and had to chase to get answers. Often the phone rings out and take 2-3 times to get through. Poor service for an industry that has such high standards. Having to go elsewhere due to their complete lack of urgency.
