Udens managed my husband’s funeral last week. Kate was amazing. From start to finish, she was compassionate, professional and caring ensuring all finer details which were important to my son and I to be include into the funeral arrangements, were in place to the exact precision. Her approach throughout her involvement never changed. She remained consistent, and personal. We thank her dearly. We also thank Phil, Celebrant, and Stanley and his team who led the funeral. All persons involved were remarkable. High excellence in their professionalism. Thankyou once again for making a very difficult day bearable.

The moment we entered the Beckenham Office and met the Manager Kate the love and understanding was paramount and no amount of problems were solved. She went through everything in detail and ensured we were relaxed and could express our feelings and ensured we knew everything about the funeral for my beloved wife Pat. All the details were very clear and my Daughter and I were so impressed with the service that we confirmed the arrangements on the spot and sure enough the events on the day of the funeral were carried out in a faultless way and the staff were so respectfull and professional which all our friends and family were full of praise for led by Kate who we will be ever grateful for her help and understanding. A fantastic support partner for the death of our mum. From start to finish; office, organisation to service on the day, Udens were excellent. They were a great support and paired us with the most fantastic Celebrant who really got the tone right to celebrate our mums life. Couldn't have been been better.

We cannot thank Kate and the Uden funeral directors team enough for the outstanding care and professionalism they showed during my brother’s funeral. From start to finish, they were compassionate, respectful, and incredibly supportive at a very difficult time for our family. Everything was handled with dignity and attention to detail, which gave us real peace of mind and allowed us to focus on saying goodbye. Their kindness and understanding truly made a difference, and we are deeply grateful for the beautiful farewell they helped us give my brother.
