You & your team truly held & guided us at a difficult time. From the 1st call they dealt with me with kindness & compassion. Everything was explained calmly & dealt with promptly. Everything was so slick & professional, it all appeared effortless which left us instantly reassured that our loved one was in safe hands. Martyn; we want to say a most heartfelt thank you to you. When I first left my message at WCP Callington on your answer machine, I really did not know what to expect or the level of service I was going to get. You returned my call. Your ability to quickly put me at ease, the friendly mannerism, your calmness, and the warmth you just managed to put across the phone conversation from the very start - is something very special. And I have had quite a bit of experience of managing relationships with funeral directors having previously worked in Children’s Hospice. You were committed to providing support, compassionate in so many ways, providing me with the necessary information as well as useful information that would come in handy, and direction throughout the process and in such a special and efficient way. My Papa’s wish was for no one to attend his funeral. Martyn, you made this difficult situation by going above and beyond and for that our sincere thanks to you and your team for looking after our Papa. WCP should be very proud to have you representing them. You truly eased what was a very difficult day for my family and especially for me. At a time in life when everything had been hard and emotional. Thank you, Martyn, so grateful to you for returning Papa’s ashes back in a beautiful, presented way.
