Overall we were very happy with the service we got from Freeman Brothers, Crawley. When we first met our funeral arranger she was very reassuring and helpful as we didn't know what the processes were., or how to plan a funeral. On the day the hearse and limousines were immaculate. The drivers were very kind and made sure we felt supported. We got quite a few comments about what a lovely service the funeral was.

My parents had purchased a will plan from Freeman's, which really took a lot of pressure off of us when my Mum passed away. We dealt with Jennifer who made the whole planning and day run exactly as we wanted it to. The celebrate that they recommend, Karen Willis delivered the eulogy as if she knew my Mum personally. We had several people who could not make the funeral and we had the video link which everybody who used it said was very good.
