We can honestly recommend Haines at Battle ( CPJ Field ) as wonderfully compassionate, caring and thoroughly professional. Nothing was too much trouble for Becki or Diane in organising with Father James both the service and committal in accordance with family wishes. The funeral director and team at the church and committal were kind, respectful , considerate and utterly professional. The support throughout, always going the extra mile, made a difficult time so much easier and gave us so much reassurance when entrusting a loved one to their care. My father died on 5th November, and my most beloved 32 year old son died two days after my fathers funeral. So this has been the hardest and most difficult time of my life. But Haine & Son in Battle have been amazing, they have helped me so so much. With their kindness and support, I have managed, and I have been able to give both my father and my son the most beautiful and deeply moving funeral services, and they were honoured with so much respect and love. Haine & Sons were so professional, and they went above and beyond as we had to deal with some difficult challenges and circumstances, but Haine & Sons made any problem just go away. I want to especially mention Becky and Maria, who I could not of got through this without their help, they are angels

We were delighted with the service Haine and Son provided. They are sensitive and gentle, they explained things, slowly giving us time to take in all the information. They looked after Stephen beautifully for us. The day of the funeral went off to plan, the cars were discreet and their drivers efficient. It was marvellous to be driven on that all important day.
