Kayleigh from the Knowle branch of Thomas Bragg & Sons arranged the funerals of 3 of my close relatives. She was so helpful, kind and sympathetic and I felt that nothing was too much trouble for her. I was also impressed by the members of staff who were in attendance on the days of the funerals
